Being a leader for the first time can provide many challenges. The skills needed to effectively run and manage a team are completely different than the skills used as a front-line employee. To make matters worse, often the only information one has is the behavior of past leaders which may or may not be useful or the right fit for all. As it turns out, your personality, values, and communication style all play a part in the type of leadership that works best for you, and this may or may not be consistent with your team.
We specialize in helping new leaders, and those trying to become new leaders, understand their strengths and habits in order to utilize them most effectively. This cuts out the need to “become” what we stereotype as “good leaders” (which is not scientifically sound). We then work with you to develop goals and improve upon your leadership style to be the best leader you already are.
